Hi all,
I am doing a research on online jewelry sites and am looking for some opinions. I would appreciate it if you can answer this simple question for me.
Which one out of these is the most important factor that you would want in a jewelry site?
- Look & Site Navigation
- Range of the product line
- Hot Deals & Coupons
- Product Pricing & Free shipping
- Customer Service

Thanking all of you in advance for your valuable time and effort!

I think the most important thing is how your website looks like. It needs to attract people, otherwise they don't even search for a jewelry piece and they run away after 5 seconds.

After that, I check the categories. Are there many categories? Are the rings sorted: White gold, yellow gold, solitair, shape of diamond, carat weight, carat of the gold...

Is a jewelry piece easy to find? Does the website has a search option?

And then of course: the price!

Hope this helps you a little bit!
