Hi,
I bought a ring for my fiancee about a year ago, how often should I have it cleaned?
I am a little bit worried about leaving it with a Jeweler because it cost alot, can they usually clean it while you wait?

I advice to give your diamond a regular cleaning.Such things like Lotions, creams, powders and soaps, and also with your natural skin oils can be a cause of a nasty film build-up.
