But if you are thinking of buying a heart shaped stone under the 2 carat mark, demand a deal. you are one of very few relatively speaking and dealers rarely want to sit on a heart shaped diamond for very long...unless it is of the aboslute highest quality.  So while heart diamonds are priced on the wholesale list similar to emeralds, princess and radiant cuts, the over all demand for them is very low.
